It is easy to judge your path when the results are obvious. Are you happy? Are you successful? But when you are on the path to living the life you want, what really matters is not the immediate outcome, but the meaning that it brings to your life. You know there is meaning when the process starts to matter more than the end results. It's then that you exude the divine beauty that shines from within.

Too often we fret over fear of failure or success; instead, we should focus on the process or journey - the net result will take care of itself.

Recipe of the Week - Roasted Chicken
Ingredients: whole chicken or chicken parts, caesar salad dressing, virgin olive oil, chicken broth (reduced sodium) Italian seasoning, thyme, parsley, basil, salt, pepper, diced tomatoes, diced celery, and roasted garlic.
Step 1: After thouroughly washing the chicken, baste the chicken in 1/2 cup of caesar salad dressing (I use caesar lite). Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Add teaspoon of salt, pepper, tyme, Italian seasoning, tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 cup of chicken broth.
Step 3: Dice 1/2 cup of each and add: basil, parsley, celery, tomatoes and garlic.
Step 4: Place in pre-heated oven at 350-375 degrees for 60 to 75 mins.
